I purchased a Lexus from Lewis Motors a little over two years ago and was VERY pleased with how smoothly the sale went and the price I was given for my trade-in. A couple of months ago, I needed to have two recalls performed on it. I had been putting it off because I didn't want to take the time to drive it to Indianapolis. My salesman, Ed Bogan, called me to see why I hadn't had the recalls done and when I told him why, I was very pleasantly surprised when he told me they would take the car to Indianapolis to have the recalls done and give me a car to drive while it was there! WOW!!! I ended up timing it to be done while I was out of town on vacation but when I returned it was finished and waiting on me to pick it up. Ed even texted me while I was on vacation to ask me some questions so there wouldn't be any problems when I returned! I have recommended Ed and Lewis Motors to other people and will definitely have Ed find me another vehicle when I am ready to replace my Lexus!
